World Usability Day 09: update.seven touch Wins Usability Award Vienna, November 18, 2009 +++ update.seven touch, the CRM solution for the iPhone from the CRM specialist update software, has won the Usability Award. The award was presented for the first time this year at the World Usability Day 09 in Graz. The mobile online application update.seven touch was praised especially for its easy and logical handling: among other things, the evaluated criteria were user control, target-group oriented design, consistency, flexibility, as well as help and documentation.
