Mobile CRM solution wins red dot award: communication design 2013

CRM.pad, the mobile CRM solution developed by update Software AG has been awarded the internationally renowned red dot award: communication design 2013. CRM.pad was specially developed for field sales staff working with the Apple iPad. The innovative product with a strong focus on user experience came out on top from among 6,800 entries from 43 countries.

ISM TOP 15 CRM Award 2013

For ISM, the customer relationship management solution from update is once again among the Top 15 CRM enterprise solutions in 2013. An expert jury appraises the CRM solutions based on 209 criteria, among them 98 corporate functions, 48 technical criteria, 36 implementation aspects, 10 real-time features, as well as 17 user support functions. “The fact that we made it into the Top 15 CRM providers again reaffirms our current focus on user experience, mobile and social CRM, and underlines our outstanding international reputation,” says Mirjam Riesemann, Vice President of Marketing at update software AG.

ISM Social CRM Software Award 2010

CRM opens up social web: update software AG has won the ISM Social CRM Software Award 2010
ISM Inc. is a renowned US consultancy specializing in CRM matters and is headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland. This year, ISM awarded the special Social CRM Award for the first time in order to acknowledge the drastic growth in importance of social media applications in customer relationship management. From over 40 CRM applications, the CRM specialist update was able to distinguish itself with its “cosmic social media module” – besides update, there were only three other prize winners. ISM Software Lab tested the Social CRM competencies of 40 solutions based on ten criteria: links to and integration into social networking sites, social media dashboard, social media monitoring, social media analyses as well as access to video, mash-ups, widget technology, wiki databases, podcasts and tagging options. World Usability Day 09: update.seven touch Wins Usability Award

Vienna, November 18, 2009 +++ update.seven touch, the CRM solution for the iPhone from the CRM specialist update software, has won the Usability Award. The award was presented for the first time this year at the World Usability Day 09 in Graz. The mobile online application update.seven touch was praised especially for its easy and logical handling: among other things, the evaluated criteria were user control, target-group oriented design, consistency, flexibility, as well as help and documentation.

update has garnered first place at the CRM Excellence Test 2007 with its premium CRM solution update.seven. The comparative test was conducted by the Gesellschaft zur Prüfung von Software mbH (Association for the Testing of Software) and the Berlin CRM business consultancy Stephan Bauriedel.

update managed to prevail against such renowned enterprises as Microsoft, Oracle and Sage and clearly came out on top. update.seven was the only CRM solution to get top marks in all decisive categories. At the same time update.seven was awarded the GPS quality seal of approval “CRM Excellence”.

ISM announces the 2006 Top 15 Software Awards

ISM Inc., a strategic advisor specialized in CRM and headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, has been awarding the renowned CRM Software Award since 1992. Winning in 2004 update received its seventh consecutive ISM Award.
Tested at the ISM Software Lab in Bethesda, Md., a total of 400 CRM solutions were rated by a jury according to 202 selection criteria, including 105 CRM business functions, 47 technical features, 33 implementation capabilities and 17 user support features. The ISM CRM Software Award is part of the annual ISM Guide to CRM Automation; the twelfth edition of which was presented by ISM at the DCI CRM Conference & Exhibition in Chicago in March 2004.
