Frank Hurtmanns
Chairman of the Supervisory Board, on the Supervisory Board since 2002
From 1999 till 2010, Frank Hurtmanns has been a Member of the Management Board of BayWa AG, a Munich-based trading and service group. His responsibilities include such areas as human resources, governance, information systems, construction and logistics.
Between 1986 and 1999, he held a variety of management positions at Wacker-Chemie GmbH, an international chemicals group. Following a number of managerial assignments in governance, materials management and distribution, he became the Head of IT and Process Design in 1995.
Before working in Wacker-Chemie GmbH corporation, he was a German Air Force officer in 1974–1986.
Hans Strack-Zimmermann
Deputy Chairman, on the Supervisory Board since 2003
Hans Strack-Zimmermann has been active in the data processing and high-technology research sectors in Germany and the United States for the last 30 years. He led the early development of computer networks connecting German research facilities and within the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) in Geneva, and then went on to build Siemens AG’s UNIX computing business.
In 1988, he became a co-founder of IXOS Software AG, and remained on its Management Board until mid-2000. In 2005, the company was acquired by OpenText.
Today, Hans Strack-Zimmermann is once again involved with smaller businesses, acting as an investor and thought leader. The list of his associate IT companies includes:

Hans Strack-Zimmermann is the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Brainloop AG with its registered office in Munich.
Richard Roy
On the Supervisory Board since 2005
Before becoming the Chairman of the Management Board at Microsoft Germany, Richard Roy was the Executive Vice-President of Siemens Nixdorf AG (1995 to 1997), where he was responsible for public sector customers and telecommunications.
Between 1981 and 1994, Roy worked for Hewlett Packard, where in the last years he served as a Member of the Management Board in charge of HP’s Computer System Organization.
Currently, he is an independent management consultant and a Member of the Supervisory Boards of Qnamic AG, as well as Vice-President of the Supervisory Board of Swisscom AG.
Josef Blazicek
On the Supervisory Board since 2006
Josef Blazicek has more than 20 years of experience in securities placement and trading, securities transaction structuring, equity market issues, and business management/restructuring consultancy. Currently, he serves as President of Ceeburg GmbH.
Before founding Investment Boutique Q Investment Services Ltd (later renamed to Ocean Equities Ltd) and Ocean Consulting GmbH, he was a Partner and Syndication Manager for ICE Securities Ltd, a London-based investment bank. Prior to that, he had been the Head of Securities Trading at Erste Bank and Bank Austria Investment, as well as the Director of Bank Austria Securities. Blazicek also coordinated the introduction of Pankl Racing Systems to EASDAQ, and the first stock placement of Scotty TeleTransport Corporation.
Josef Blazicek is the Chairman of the Management Board of Cross Industries AG, and sits on the Supervisory Boards of Pankl Racing Systems AG, Beko Holding AG, Invest AG, All for One Midmarket AG and Brain Force Holding AG.
Gerhard Auer
On the Supervisory Board since 2010
Already while studying International Trade at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, Mr. Gerhard Auer worked as a stock market analyst at the Austrian Giro Credit Bank der Sparkassen AG. Following his graduation, he became head of research department of ICE Securities Ltd.., a London-based investment bank, and then, between 2000 and 2003, he was Chief Financial Officer at Ocean Equities Ltd. Since 2004, he has been managing shareholder at Vienna-based Ocean Consulting GmbH.
He is primarily involved in stock analysis, as well as transactions and consulting in the field of private equity funds and mergers and acquisitions, as well as helping companies go public and managing shares.
Since 2000, Mr. Auer has also been member of the supervisory board of Heilig & Schubert Software AG.
