11th Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting
All shareholders are entitled to take part in the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting. In this case, the shares must be deposited early enough, and may not be sold until after the end of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
In accordance with a resolution passed at the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on 11 June, 2008, a dividend of EUR 0.10 will be paid as of 18 June, 2008 for the 2007 business year.
