Hello, could you quote examples of new customers gained in the quarter just ended? (06/08/2008)
In the quarter just ended, update continued to gain renowned companies as new customers, among them ThyssenKrupp Metallurgie GmbH, ThyssenKrupp MinEnergy GmbH, PASCOE Pharmazeutische Präparate GmbH, Durable Hunke & Jochheim GmbH u. Co. KG and VAG-Armaturen GmbH in Germany. Shimano Europe Holding BV and AS Nancy Lorraine, the French football club, also decided in favour of a CRM solution from update in the second quarter. Raiffeisen Switzerland and Valiant Privatbank AG are additional examples.

update is again taking part in the DVFA (German Investment Professionals Society) investors conference in Frankfurt, Germany, this year. The company presentation will be made by CFO Ms. Monika Fiala on Wednesday 27 August 2008 between 11.30 a.m. - 12.10 p.m. Following the presentation we will have one-on-one interviews with institutional investors and analysts.
Hello, update team, I learned from the ad-hoc release that a share buyback programme is being started. (04/07/2008)
The buyback programme was approved for a period of 30 months and up to 10% of the share capital. For the time being, we are planning a low buyback volume for servicing employee options. We are confident that we will reach the aspired full-year targets and expect organic growth in sales revenue and EBIT of around 20% for the 2008 financial year.
A dividend payout was resolved for the first time at the 2008 ordinary shareholders‘ meeting. On what day will the actual payment take place? (13/06/2008)
The date of the payment will be exactly one week after the ordinary shareholders‘ meeting, i.e. on 18 June 2008. The dividend in the amount of EUR 0.10 per share will be transferred to your bank account.
