Pernod Ricard sales agents now using update application in Russia.
Paris, 14 January 2008 +++ Pernod Ricard Rouss – the subsidiary of Pernod Ricard Europe in Russia, announces deployment of CRM update by teams in Russia.
Russia has become the 7th country where Pernod Ricard Europe is implementing the update customer-relations management tool to steer its sales and marketing operations.
Implemented for the entire sales force, the tool handles sales procedures (trips, visit reports, etc.), promotions management, sales and marketing activities, procedures shared by the different subsidiaries of Pernod Ricard Europe, and features unique to a market such as Russia.
These days, embarking on a new country is just a question of getting up to speed and only needs two to three weeks of familiarisation. At the start of the CRM project, the Pernod Ricard Europe group constructed a core model as a standard base for all local implementations. The update technology and the layer structure allows the simultaneous transportation of the core model to a new country, application of the local language (update comes with 23 languages as standard), and the addition of a local configuration overlay. The evolution of the core system, version changes and the addition of other functionalities are implemented centrally and then sent to different countries.
