Vienna, Frankfurt, January 21, 2005 +++ The members of the supervisory board of update software AG, listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and a leading vendor of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, decided unanimously on the planned acquisition of a Polish CRM vendor at today’s supervisory board meeting.
The realization of the acquisition is scheduled within the first quarter 2005.
