Vienna, Frankfurt, August 06, 2003 +++ update software AG, Europe’s leading vendor of software solutions for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange is to announce the result of the elections for the company’s supervisory board at today’s ordinary shareholders’ meeting.
The supervisory board now comprises Mr Gilbert Hödl, Mr Frank Hurtmanns and Mr Hans Strack-Zimmermann. The mandates for the supervisory board are valid until the shareholders’ meeting with the resolution on the discharge for the business year 2005.
The constituent supervisory board meeting followed the shareholders’ meeting and Mr Frank Hurtmanns was elected Chief of the Supervisory Board. Dr Hans Bodingbauer was not available to be reelected due to personal reasons.
