The Italian AGS Group is not only focused on IT consulting services within Financial Services and Telecommunications but is also a holding company in control of the following companies: AGS Spa, Sibank, Exis, HRC Systems, Open Technology Experts and AGS Energy. Through AGS Energy, AGS Group also provides renewable energy solutions and a complete offering of photovoltaic systems. AGS has been founded in 1998 by two brothers, Stefano and Oscar Padrin; in 2007 the company’s staff has increased from 300 to 400 employees with estimated revenues of 22 million Euros (excluding the energetic field). During 2006 AGS had revenues of 18 million Euros, showing a 50% growth since 2005.
