Johanniter Bavaria decide on CRM Full service from Sensix-Netragon

In order to improve customer service customer in their service centers in the future, the Johanniter Society in Bavaria assigned CRM specialist, Sensix-Netragon, to suggest a CRM system for implementation. The CRM system, update.seven, from update software, was selected and has been running a pilot project in the Bavarian regional office with 500 users since 1 April 2006.
The goal is to provide a more flexible and complete service faster when speaking with customers by using a nation-wide implemented CRM system at the Johanniter’s service centers.
"The decision to choose an appropriate CRM system is an important first step for us.
