Hansa optimises inside and field sales force as well as marketing
CRM solution by update will bring decisive improvement to customer orientation at HansaVienna, May 9, 2006 +++ Hansa Metallwerke AG, Stuttgart, which produces bathroom and kitchen fittings as well as refrigeration and air conditioning components, has opted for the CRM system of update software AG, one of the leading providers of CRM solutions. In summer 2006, some 100 sales and marketing staff of the Hansa Group in Germany will begin working with update’s CRM system. At the end of a selection procedure lasting several months, the CRM solution offered by update saw off a large number of competitors to clinch the deal. Hansa project leader Ralf von Kleist explains the decision: “What characterises the update CRM system is the optimal integration of all data. All customer data can be readily synchronised so that the most recent information is available everywhere. We are confident that data management with the CRM software will result in a decisive improvement to our internal processes and, with that, to our cooperation with the customers as well.” Once the German CRM project has been completed at the company’s Stuttgart headquarters, the solution will be installed on a gradual basis internationally at Group companies Rokal Amaturen and KWC AG.
The history of the Hansa Group began in 1911, when Karl Göhring founded Preß- und Stanzwerk GmbH Zuffenhausen. Ten years later the company was renamed Hansa Metallwerke AG.
