Ströer – the outdoor advertising leader has chosen update.seven to manage the customer relations

CRM  in Media Industry

Warsaw, February 2007 +++ update CRM S.A. and Ströer Out-of-Home Media have signed the agreement for license sales and implementation of the update.seven CRM software suite at Ströer Out-of-Home Media. Ströer Out-of-Home Media is the leader in the Polish outdoor advertising market. The key success factor in this dynamic industry is to maintain a high quality customer relationship.

The implementation of update.seven will allow Ströer to effectively manage all the processes related to the customer as well as to execute projects at every step – starting from a brief to running complex campaigns. In the first implementation phase all employees in the Customer Service Department will start to use the standard media functionality of update.seven, such as: accounts, brands, advertising agencies and relations among the different parties, history of contacts, offers and orders. In the same project phase the sales representatives will start working remotely on their customer’s data.
In the second phase the update CRM system will be integrated with the existing IT infrastructure namely with the existing campaign administration tools and Stöer’s SAP ERP suite.
