At the Swiss CRM Forum, update presents a new service solution for the update.seven CRM Suite
update.seven completes its product suite for support and service management
Vienna/Zurich, March 31, 2008 +++ At the Swiss CRM Forum on June 5, 2008 in Zurich (booth 21), update Software Switzerland GmbH will present the new CRM service solution update.seven Strike. update Software Switzerland is a subsidiary of update software AG, one of the leading European producers of CRM solutions, headquartered in Vienna. With update.seven Strike, update is expanding further the service functionalities of its premium CRM suite update.seven. A special highlight of update.seven Strike is its extensive support and service management, which supports processes in call centers and help desks, in mobile service, and also inquiry and complaint management better than ever before. Since service employees have a direct view of maintenance contracts in update.seven Strike, for example, they can now answer customer inquiries about service faster and more effectively. The CRM specialist has also further optimized configurability in update.seven Strike: based on pre-configured industry templates, this solution can be adapted to industry-specific processes and needs solely through easy parameterization and entirely without programming effort. At the same time, update.seven Strike provides seamless and still-easier integration with SAP business solutions. update.seven has been awarded the title "Certified for SAP NetWeaver." The easy bidirectional data exchange takes place via an XML-based interface; among other things, this data exchange makes order coordination in the service sector easier.
At the Swiss CRM Forum, update will also present its successful initiative "Rescue CRM!" (
