Editions Lefebvre Sarrut orders update.seven to manage its CRM
Integrating a CRM platform to manage the customer relationships of the group’s entities.Paris, April 2, 2008 - update software AG, one of the leading European providers of CRM solutions, announces that it has been selected by Editions Lefebvre Sarrut to manage the group’s Customer Relations Management in its three entities.
Only one of Editions Lefebvre Sarrut’s three entities has a CRM solution. After making the decision to have an integrated CRM solution for all divisions in the group, an invitation to bid was issued. After short-listing four bids, two were selected for very exhaustive "proof of concept" in complex scenarios where the normal daily working methods of the end user also had to be taken into consideration.
In addition to this practical examination, a study of the technical capabilities of the two solutions under consideration was also conducted. After taking all the criteria into consideration, Editions Lefebvre Sarrut decided to select the integrator Mexon Technology and use update.seven to manage all its CRM needs.
