The CRM project at Hemmink
Amsterdam, October 2007- Hemmink B.V., an importer of electro-technical installation equipment, has opted for update.seven, the CRM solution from update software, for its sales, marketing and service processes.
With update.seven, Hemmink shall reduce costs sharply through better management of its marketing and sales processes. With the CRM solution from update software, all contact and client details shall be centralised and made accessible for each employee, which shall improve internal communication. Through the integrated screens of update.seven, Hemmink can manage meetings, tasks and projects, in addition to client contacts, in a client-orientated manner. This ensures that Hemmink is able to offer its clients a better service and it will also reduce service costs. Furthermore, update.seven makes more management information available in order to communicate and make sales in a more focussed manner.
