The Sparkasse Osnabrück chooses the bank-specific CRM solution from Orgaplan
WebKBP optimizes sales processes in all business areasCologne, July 2, 2008 +++ The Sparkasse Osnabrück has chosen the CRM solution WebKBP, the Web-based customer support program from Orgaplan Software GmbH. By the end of the year, Orgaplan will implement its high-performance CRM system for financial service providers in all business areas. Orgaplan Software GmbH, which is headquartered in Cologne, is the leading provider of CRM and consulting solutions in the German bank and savings bank sector and has belonged to the Viennese update software AG since 2007. With the CRM solution WebKBP, in the future the Sparkasse Osnabrück wants to optimize its sales, marketing, and service processes in the private, corporate, and individual customer areas. Approximately 800 of the savings bank’s 1400 employees will work with WebKBP once it is in its final stage of expansion. This CRM solution should help employees to ensure custom-tailored customer support and long-term customer retention. In addition to the extensive functionalities of WebKBP, the unique banking expertise of Orgaplan, which already counts more than half of the savings banks and public credit institutes in Germany among its customers, spoke for this choice.
The increased requirements at the Sparkasse Osnabrück for extensive sales support and customer support demanded a modern CRM industry solution. In the future, WebKBP will unify the CRM landscape at the Sparkasse Osnabrück so that all employees can access the same database. WebKBP will get information such as main data via an interface to the connected computer center of FinanzIT. In the course of the planned merger of FinanzIT with Sparkassen Informatik and the associated conversion of the core banking system, WebKBP will ensure that customer support will continue smoothly even during the merger phase.
