The cooperation of both leading-edge providers, mobilkom austria and update, offers the business clients a highly professional CRM solution for their field services employees: the CRM application update.seven mobile for Blackberry terminal devices is thoroughly tested by mobilkom austria and certified for usage in the A1 network.

update.seven facilitates mobile access to CRM data in the head office on a user-friendly interface. The CRM Suite may be fully configured on the main server, without any additional installations, and this makes it extremely flexible. Moreover, the Secure Socket Layer technology and the Client Authentification as well as special security encodings are provided. The application works without installing any additional client, and access is provided through the internal Blackberry browser. The application builds on the basis of “update.seven” and targets both existing and new customers. The partnership agreement between mobilkom austria and update is also a response to the general trend for mobile business application. Many update business clients are actually already using exclusively the mobile version of the CRM solution. update.seven mobile offers the users, on their terminal devices with online connection – for example on the Blackberry –, all the possibilities to view, edit, and re-enter data records, which are saved in the main CRM database of the company, and also to create visit reports. This way, both the Distribution and the Field Service departments are constantly provided with all the relevant client data, and the client information compiled on-site may be entered immediately into the main CRM system of the company.
