Vienna, February 13, 2008 – update software AG, a leading European CRM company, and AGS Group, a fast growing Italian IT consulting company focused on financial services and telecommunications markets, have signed a partnership agreement.
With this agreement, AGS is authorized to resell update.seven CRM suite in Italy, in the Italian speaking part of Switzerland (Canton Ticino) and Bulgaria. AGS will also provide update.seven product installation, analisys, development, customization, training and application support services.
Thanks to this agreement, update will be able to enter into the Italian market and AGS to satisfy a growing CRM solutions needs coming from Italian companies that would like to fully understand how to interact with their customers and how to use a complete CRM system in order to increase the efficiency of their sales and company processes.
