Vienna, 10 December 2007 +++ update software AG, one of the leading European producers of CRM solutions will present the new service solution for its premium CRM suite update.seven at ITnT in Vienna (05-07.02.2008, Hall A, Stand 0232). A particular highlight of this service solution is its comprehensive support and service management for procedures at call centres and help disks, as well as for mobile services. Configurability is one of the features optimised in update.seven: All processes can be matched through simple setting of parameters to suit sector-specific requirements in the company – and with no programming costs. One special focus by update in the service solution is the area of usability: coloured icons in lists increase efficiency, while full keyboard support in Web applications increases user-friendliness. More drag and drop options make for an efficient help desk tool. This service solution also offers seamless and simpler integration of update.seven into SAP business solutions. With its "Certified for SAP NetWeaver" label, update.seven uses an XML-based interface for problem-free, bi-directional data exchange which, among other things, facilitates contract coordination in the service area. Its central administration has also been improved. The international IT service provider and update premium partner Atos Origin will also be represented at update’s ITnT stand.
In their ITnT presentation, "Efficient CRM service solution in practice – the Web application for help desk and action planning", update Product Manager DI Valentina-Johanna Baumgartner and DI Christian Stadlmann, update Sales Director Austria and Switzerland, will provide details of the new service functionalities of update.seven (keynote area, 07.02.2008, 16.15-16.45). The new service solution from update will also ensure that the CRM system is even better at meeting customer requirements in different sectors. This fits in neatly with update’s successful initiative »Rescue CRM!« (www.rettet-crm.com), another of the topics at ITnT. The core focus of »Rescue CRM!«: only those who embrace CRM wholeheartedly and precisely identify the sector-specific requirements of their customers will really be successful. The central feature of the »Rescue CRM!« initiative will be a public blog, where users, experts and trade journalists will be able to exchange views on this topic and discuss how CRM projects can really succeed within companies. Founded in early 1988 as a CRM company, update will celebrate its 20th anniversary in 2008.
