Phase 2 – Implementation
You work together with us actively towards the completion of your CRM solution which is subsequently ready for test and pilot users. Based on the specifications and prototypes from Phase 1 (Analysis and Design), we finish the CRM solution among other things in the following areas:
- Customization
- Integration of third-party systems
- Application of user profiles and technical installation
- Initial data load
The procedure
- Ideally, there will be an employee from your company who through “on-the-job training” is fully involved in this phase and is actively working with us on the completion.
- The transfer of the solution to your company is guaranteed at the latest in the Rollout Phase.
- By using customizing (instead of software programming) all the parts of the solution (masks, processes, interfaces, etc.) are implemented and joined together into a complete solution.
