Phase 3 – Pilot and Test
Apart from the professional and technical verification, comprehensive usability will be tested in Phase 3. Using this approach, we can ensure the acceptance of the end user.
The Procedure
- Working together with the employees in your company, we conduct integration tests, data transfer tests, and performance tests.
- This phase is often accompanied by cleaning and consolidation of data – this concerns data which is either from old or third party systems.
- Chosen key users have the possibility of making suggestions for changes during an approximately 4-week pilot test run.
- We customize user processes to optimal user-friendliness.
- We create a rollout plan which allows us to quickly implement the next phase of the project.
