Phase 4 - Rollout
In this phase the user applications and interfaces are activated and the initial data transferred from the old system (data migration). During end user instruction and based on the concept of teach-the-teacher, we provide you and your employees expertise in the daily operation of your CRM solution.
The Procedure
- Based on a detailed rollout plan, organizational and technical activities are normally performed in a very short period of time.
- In parallel with the instruction of the end users, the technicians must migrate the data and activate the interfaces.
Based on the knowledge transfer in the preceding phases, your employees will be more independent in handling your CRM solution.
