Phase 1 - Analysis and Design
It is here that together we determine the start of Phase 1 of the project implementation method. Further goals are the preparing of a functionally capable and 100% further utilizable prototype, as well as the analysis and description of the technical infrastructure and integration of the CRM processes in your company. Our workshops begin right where you are in your evaluation phase.
The Procedure
- You find out everything concerning our process-driven standard solution and receive a checklist.
- Together we specify your requirements in detail and then execute the design.
- We customize a prototype which reflects the requirements defined in the workshop.
- We introduce your key users to the prepared prototype in the form of a review, in which rapid changes and customizations can be performed.
These procedures will be repeated for every process. An optimal use of your resources and a quick turn-around time of this project phase are thus guaranteed.
We also use these procedures for the specifications and design of interfaces. During the IT workshops we gather detailed hardware, software, and network configurations and technical integration concepts.
