Comptence Center FSI
| "By bundling know-how at the new FSI Competence Center we are enhancing the quality of advisory, adaptation, implementation and service. On the other hand, the FSI plays an important role in product management. In future, we will be able to respond to new sector-specific requirements even more quickly in update’s Financial Services solution.“ (Norbert Künzl, Managing Director FSI) Henceforth, sales, consulting and implementation for the update Financial Services CRM solution are bundled at the FSI. The Competence Center is based in Vienna. However, update’s FSI specialists will be servicing clients throughout Europe, with the main focus of their activities initially on the German-speaking countries as well as on Central and Eastern Europe. |

In setting up its FSI, update continues its successful strategy of concentrating on the specific CRM needs in select industries. By pooling expertise at the FSI, update will achieve an even better CRM support of the processes specific to marketing, sales and service of financial services providers, faster integration into sector-specific IT environments and a simpler implementation of individual client requirements.
Norbert Künzl, Managing Director of the FSI, emphasizes the growing demand on the part of financial services providers for standardized CRM solutions: “Standardized solutions for marketing, sales and service are becoming increasingly attractive in the Financial Services industry, not least due to the shrinking IT budgets. Not only does update’s Financial Services CRM system satisfy these needs – it also calls for a minimum of adaptation and meets the highest requirements in terms of availability. For example, the update system boosts the efficiency of customer retention programs and marketing campaigns, supports multi-channel integration and facilitates customer acquisition or cross-selling activities."
Banking and Finance sector clients who have already successfully deployed the Financial Services version of the update CRM solution include, among others, American Express Finanzmanagement, Bank Austria-Creditanstalt, Bank Gutmann, BAWAG P.S.K., Constantia Privatbank, Ehinger & Armand von Ernst, HVB Group, LBS Nord, Raiffeisen and Sparkasse Bremen.
