Since the beginning of 2010, we have been offering our industry-specific CRM solutions to interested customers using our highly-customizable SaaS model: update.revolution.

Technically, update.revolution is based on the latest release of update.seven (SP7). The revolutionary thing is that, unlike other software-as-a-service (SaaS) CRM offerings, update.revolution can be tailored precisely to the needs of a particular company, and expanded or upgraded in a flexible manner at any time. With these design and technology innovations, update can free the customer from all project-related risks, even during the most challenging CRM projects.

What does this mean for our customers who use classic, licensed software solutions from update?

At the same time, update provides a lifetime support guarantee to all customers. As long as they use their CRM solutions, we continue to provide technical support and maintenance, maintaining the top quality and commitment our clients have come to expect. Since the technology foundation is the same for both models, new service packs will be available in the future for update.seven as well as update.revolution. A new major release (codenamed “Sgt. Pepper”) is already under development, and will also be available for user-supported installations. The new processes and features it contains will be accessible to both current and new customers who choose update’s SaaS-based CRM solutions.
