How are the executive board and supervisory board structured?

The excecutive board consists of three members: Mr. Thomas Deutschmann (CEO), Ms. Monika Fiala (CFO) and Mr. Arno Huber (CTO). The supervisory board is made up of Mr. Frank Hurtmanns (chairman), Mr. Hans Strack-Zimmermann (vice chairman), Mr. Richard Roy and Mr. Josef Blazicek.
