15th Annual Shareholders' Meeting

update software AG's annual Shareholders’ Meeting 2012 will take place on June 21, 2012 at 10:00 am in the conference room “Wolke 19” in the Ares Tower, Donau-City-Strasse 11, 1220 Vienna, Austria.

All shareholders are entitled to take part at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting. In this case, the shares must be deposited on the record day.
