This software is most suitable for our needs. In addition, it was important to us that update specializes in CRM exclusively, has been on the market for a long time and is flexible enough to respond to customer requests. The standard template concept with elaborated processes has also convinced.
Modern CRM infrastructure conquers the world
Demag Cranes has been using update’s CRM technology for over ten years – to date, roll-out took place for 1,200 users in Europe. Now the tool for customer relationship management is being taken to a new level. In 22 subsidiaries worldwide, on the basis of an industry template, update is to be introduced as a globally uniform access point to all customer-relevant data. Previously, processes were standardized and key figures were adjusted to make them comparable. In addition to the use of Middleware, which ensures flexible integration with other systems, virtualization contributes to cost and complexity reductions.
