update.seven groupware allows the flexible, individually-adaptable synchronization of e-mails, calendar entries, and personal contacts between the update.seven CRM Software and Microsoft Outlook or IBM Lotus Notes.

During their daily work in the groupware systems, employees save valuable information in customer contacts. With update.seven groupware you decide which of this information is integrated into the CRM process and should be accessible within the company. Without opening the CRM application, employees store data centrally in the CRM database and also access data from the CRM system.

The data synchronization takes place bi-directionally according to specified rules and authorizations, and change can be initiated manually on a regular basis. Both systems thus remain synchronized and the most current data is always available. Any field – regardless of whether e-mails, appointments or contacts – can be synchronized entirely flexibly.

E-mails are collected individually or using "Power sync" and stored in the CRM contact history. By moving them to the appropriate folders, they are saved automatically by customer, even if the e-mail address is missing. With "Send and Sync," e-mails are synchronized directly as they are sent.

In the text field of the groupware calendar entry, additional information from the CRM database can be displayed without opening the CRM system.

Thanks to appropriate linking of groupware contacts with CRM data, different telephone numbers and e-mail addresses are a thing of the past. Groupware systems thus enrich data from CRM and complete your customer history. Equally high data quality and current data can thus be guaranteed.
