With the intelligent telephony component update.seven phone, you connect the functionality of call center and contact center applications to your CRM solution.
As a result, all telephony activities are automatically linked to your CRM processes. Based on telephone number detection, a direct connection to the customer data is made in real time. All current information about the client is thus available during the conversation.
Integrated telephone number search, redial function, and inbound and outbound activities are supported by the telephone integration. This enables customer support without media breaks and efficient handling of all telephone conversations. It also facilitates telemarketing and telephone campaigns. All conversations are recorded in the call history with call status, date, time, etc.
Freely-definable, event-controlled processes and a configurable function bar make adaptation to your individual requirements easier. Of course, classic telephone functionalities such as conference calling and call transfer and forwarding are also easy to handle. Internal or external call forwarding is also documented in the CRM. In addition, there is a quick-dial button available in each info area of the CRM system.
