All services provided during the assess phase are free of charge. You can determine the potential of the CRM system to support you in reaching your objectives, entirely risk-free.

Your journey's first phase is an assessment in three areas:

• Technical framework conditions

Objectives and project scope
Here, you and your principal determine your objectives and - on this basis - the scope of update.revolution's deployment. The scope is divided into a horizontal view, e.g. regions, company units, etc., and a vertical view, e.g. roles such as marketing, controlling, etc.

CRM processes
Based on our industry solutions, we will work together to identify the process requirements.

Technical framework conditions
It is about the necessary interoperability, i.e. the compatibility and integration of the CRM system with other systems such as inventory management systems, ERP, telephone system, or e-mail and calendar management, etc.

During the entire "assess" phase the content-related and technical requirements for your CRM system are determined based on the objectives previously defined and prioritized. Based on these requirements, a demo system is set up and provided to you after a brief introduction. You can evaluate immediately whether the software fulfills your requirements. In addition, all results from the assessment phase are summarized in a findings document that forms the basis for implementing the CRM system.
