To generate the maximum use for you, many specific processes used daily in various industries are already included in the standard version. In this way, we enable you to start with just the functionalities you listed as your parameters.

Your specific findings document serves as the basis for further adjustment and implementation of your CRM system according to your wishes. During the next step, detailed process and interface requirements are developed in a workshop. As in the assess phase, your principal supports you in all your activities.

The existing demo system is replaced with your future, individualized system and is provided for testing and/or training purposes. Here it is particularly important to involve key users right from the start, in order to ensure the highest possible degree of acceptance.

At the end of this phase, your CRM solution is launched and connected with data sources and other necessary front- or back-end systems – time to "go live".
