Who we are

Hans Grohe established his metal pressing workshop, which was the foundation for modern Hansgrohe SE, in 1901 in the Blackforest region. Over 113 years later, the three-man company has grown into a global company and is among the international market leaders and innovators for faucets and showers. At the moment, Hansgrohe employs 3500 team members in over 44 countries and 5 continents.

Overall, the system is used by 700 team members in 44 of our subsidiaries. 550 of them work in Sales and Service, 150 in Marketing and PR. Our whole contact management system runs over update.CRM – each employee can use this information source and thus prepare in the best way for client visits and meetings.
In the rapidly growing project business, update allows us to keep, overview and track the progress of projects as well as to plan and initiate next steps.

Our Marketing team benefits from being supported in efficiently planning and operating campaigns, events and other marketing activities. The target group query feature enables us to provide our various client groups with exactly the information they need.

How we use update.CRM to our advantage

With a very high number of construction projects worldwide, transparency and a quick overview of data and facts are the major plus points of the CRM system. Our knowledge about customers and the relationship between project contributors is centrally accessible through the system, thus enabling us to draw the right conclusions and plan strategically, including for international projects. In Marketing we send out our newsletter through the integrated newsletter tool Evalanche directly from the CRM to previously defined target groups.
